Having found and assisted start-ups in its early phases Florian Struengmann founded Hamba in 2017 which concentrates on all business angel activities and operates from Munich, Germany.

 

Hamba is an African Zulu word meaning “GO”, from my South African background my interpretation of the word is to really have the courage to “GO” and take risks and do it. Hamba therefore encourages the doers and like minded entrepreneurs with their goals and determination to follow their passions.

 

My professional background lies in Finance, Sport Consulting and Healthcare. Thought my professional career I was able to get a valuable insight and hand on experience in not only selling a product or service but to delivery a story that remains with each individual while also nurturing a unique business culture. At Hamba my goal my is not only to support start-ups but also provide a network for like minded entrepreneurs and their tasks at hand.
